Radio buttons and checkboxes have disappeared?

This is a result of the RocketTheme javascript:
You can disable it in the template parameter by setting the Input Styling to Disabled. Another way, you just can turn the styling off just for that checkbox or radio buttons by putting the class or id name of the parents form, for example in your link, it's '.com_donate'
